#591 Rare "Montera" or Woman's Hat from the Yampara Quechua town of Tarabuco located in the Department of Chusquisaca, Bolivia. The boat-shape may be of European influence. The stiff but foldable brim is fully decorated with trim including rickrack, sequins, and couched silver tread floral designs as well as other embroidery.
